CUDDLE PUDDLE 🤍

A guided space for all people who identify as male – regardless of orientation or relationship status.

This is about non-sexual, mindful touch in a safe space. The focus is on relaxation, security and genuine connection.

We meet once a month for non-sexual group cuddling. We lie close together in a pile, hold each other, and feel the warmth of each other’s bodies. Everyone does this for as long as it feels good. We start with exercises for grounding, mindfulness, and consensual touching.

Then we slowly move into contact.

You decide what feels right for you. It’s about closeness, tenderness, emotional well-being, and boundaries. We invite you to join us.

On a relaxed evening at the rooftop bar of the Amano Hotel on Auguststrasse, we’ll discuss our summer hiking destinations and the length and variety of our plans while having delicious drinks and light snacks.
